Before you order
Delivery timing varies by product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location. Some items ship from international warehouses, and items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Order tracking
Tracking information is provided when available after shipment. A tracking number or “label created” status does not by itself confirm that a carrier has received the package.
For an order update, contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions and exceptions in our Refund Policy. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Customer-paid return shipping generally applies to change-of-mind returns.
